Currently employed full-time but will consider your project depending on interest and availability

I like to create order out of chaos. Your particular chaos might consist of words, objects, digital files, 100-year-old photos… I can make it make sense. Or make it look like it makes sense.

I'm an experienced archivist/librarian with a lifelong love of words and all things literary, including finding and correcting grammatical and word usage errors. As a freelancer, I offer archival preservation and organizing, cataloging, taxonomy-building services, copy-editing and proofreading - but am currently employed full-time as a researcher. However, if your project is interesting, and I have the time… send an email to hello(at)carrieschmidt(dot)com to discuss project possibilities, time lines, and rates.
